Easter holidays on Islay are a truly special time, as the fields around the farm burst into new life. Spring marks the start of lambing season, when daily lambing rounds begin. The famous “lambulance” (also known as the quad bike) can often be seen racing across the fields, with the Happy Farmer at the helm and any available members of the lambing crew close behind.
